Change of Address or Telephone Numbers
It is very important, for emergency and administrative reasons, that every student maintains an up-to-date address and telephone record at the office. It is also imperative that we have an emergency contact in case we are unable to reach you at home or at work. Please NOTIFY the school IMMEDIATELY if you change any of this information during the school year.
In September an Emergency information form is sent home. All parents can then be reached in a minimum of time, in cases where the school closes early due to emergency (or doesn’t open at all). It is important that one of the phone numbers be of someone in the area who could assume responsibility for your child in the event of an early school closing.
