February Newsletter [print format]
Parents and last minute changes:
Friendly reminder to Parents: For the safety of all students, please send a written note (on separate sheet of paper) if you require a change in transportation: pick-up or bus. Please DO NOT send an e-mail or leave a phone message after 1:00 p.m.
Lost glasses:
Mme. Larose has been holding a pair of children’s blue eye glasses that were turned into the office. We’d like to reunite them with their owner.... Do they belong to your child?
Kindergarten registration:
Kindergarten registration (for children turning 5 before October 1, 2012) will take place on Monday, February 13, 8:00 - 3:00, and Monday, February 20, 8:30 - 5:30. See flyer for more information or contact Louise Larose if you have questions. Note: There will be a derogation meeting at the school board on Thursday, February 2 at 7:00 pm, for those interested in registering children born after September 30, 2012.
A4 Update:
School access: In an effort to maintain security and increase the efficiency of bringing students out on time, we are limiting access to the Grand Hall. Parents are being asked to wait in the Atrium. We want to combine the safety of the children with program changes, while also encouraging student independence. Note that our lost and found will be relocated to the area inside the doors for your convenience. At the end of each month all items will be donated to a local charity.
PD Day activities:
February 13: Tubing at Domaine l'Ange Gardien
February 23: A visit to Parc Omega
Registration will start on February 1 to February 8; late registration will not be accepted.
