Dear Parents,
Happy New Year! Winter weather is upon us therefore, students must be dressed for outside play. If a student comes to school with snow pants, they will be required to wear them when outdoors.
Bake Sale: Jan. 20th
Kindergarten and K-1 will hold a bake sale on January 20th. All proceeds will benefit an orphanage in Nepal called Child Haven. Ms. Bowers (Buckingham Elementary teacher) is presently volunteering at this orphanage where few resources are available. Monies raised will be sent to Nepal to help supply a classroom with needed Science materials.
Governing Board
Meeting: January 18th at 7:00 p.m.
Health & Social Services Forum
January 21st from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (in the gymnasium)
Sabbatical Leave
On January 27th, Madame Charlebois will be leaving for a 6 month sabbatical. We wish her all the best during her time off and look forward to having her back with us for the 2012-2013 school year!
